As you grow up, no one really explains to you what it means to be an adult. You know you have to pay bills and shit, but no one explains how mortgages work or what an escrow account is. If you are lucky, you get to marry someone who helps you along the way. That person is my person, Austin. We have been together for eight years! Even though we mock those people who say that their spouse is their best friend, we really are each other's best friend. We push, annoy and support each other in everything we do. We bicker all the time about shit that does not matter, like how you load a dishwasher or if we have enough sex. But, through all that, we are blessed with a truly great life. We both have jobs we love, a roof over our head and a dog that gives us a ton of snuggles. Our life is pretty damn perfect. We have 0 complaints. The one thing we both desperately want is a baby.
